Partner with Xaris!

Xaris Technology, Inc. is looking for partners to join us at various levels of engagement.  We generally work well with the following types of partners:

1.        You have your own core business in a specific technological or business-related endeavor.  Cloud, connectivity, and cyber security comes up in discussions but it’s not your core business.  Because you actively listen well to your customers, you know when to recommend a company like Xaris Technology, Inc. to help your customers find solutions.  (Referral Partner)

2.       You are an IT Professional working for your own MSP or similar situation.  You don’t have time to help your customers find cloud, connectivity or cybersecurity solutions that are outside of your regular channels.  You may also have situations where you’ve recommended security solutions for example and your customer wants a 3rd party’s opinion.  (Referral Agent)

3.       You are a Technology Sales or Engineering professional working for a big company.  You love helping your customers, but you want to find a way to start your own business.  You have ideas about helping your customers in ways your current company can’t or won’t.  You would find value in working with an established brokerage that could help you get established and support your business ongoing.  (Broker Apprentice)

Referral Partner

A referral partner has an active opportunity to lead us into a customer who has a problem we can solve.  In that situation we have the ability to provide a referral fee to you on a residual or one-time payment based on a percentage of what we get compensated.  Existing customers can be referral partners as well, but they cannot receive referral fees for their own services or any services in which they are directly making the purchasing decision.  The referral Partner is responsible for making introductions only.

Referral Agent

A referral agent also has an active opportunity to lead us into a customer who has a problem we can solve.  The Referral Agent, however, is more involved in the sales process.  They may be a trusted advisor for the customer, so they need to be more involved in the process.  This relationship can be customized on the Agent’s requirements.  They may have some overlap with some of our service providers, which is not uncommon, or they have specific fiduciary responsibilities.  In any case they are not the buyer of record, but they are involved in the Xaris Process.

Broker Apprentice
If you are interested in having your own brokerage in the future, we have a plan that will help you provide great solutions and keep your customers forever.  We can help you build your own brokerage, or you can work under our umbrella.  You can work full-time or in a lesser capacity.  We can teach you everything you need and provide all the tools required to be successful.

Our best candidates will have some technical knowledge in the areas of computer networking, cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity.  They may be stronger in some areas and not in others and that is okay.  We have sales engineering resources from 100’s of providers.  Candidates with corporate sales experience selling to companies that are 50 to 500 employees will have the best starting situation.  Self-starting entrepreneurs desiring to run their own brokerage will be a good fit.  Great candidates will be hungry to learn, disciplined, willing to own their mistakes and grateful for correction.

As a Christian company you should expect the highest moral and ethical standards from us, and we will expect the same from you.  This does not mean we only hire Christians, nor do we discriminate based on someone’s religious preference.  We will, however, be discerning about your character and your personal views on morality.  We expect this to be a skill you also incorporate in your daily work.
